This is a custom dog bed that was made to fit a space inside a nook of the laundry room. The bedding can be cleaned easily by lifting the fabric from the foam mattress to launder. The sides of the bed were cut with a scroll saw.
The bed below is a 4 poster bed with beautifully delicate french feet. The fabric clings to the foam mattress and is easily removed to wash.
Jazz, my little mutt was entered in Cincinnati's Dog Parade at Christmas and was one of the winners. She is shown here with the bridle, and saddle with Christmas elf on her back. There were over 1000 dogs entered, dressed in costume and parading around Mt. Adams. The elf's costume incorporated rich textures and trinkets. The elastic band made it comfortable for Jazz to wear and made it believable that the elf was riding the dog like a horse.
